Seller

The Seller is Kacper Skobejko, conducting business activity under the company name Kacper Skobejko AMZ Digital Hub, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the minister responsible for economic affairs, at ul. Flagowa 9/7, 02-431 Warsaw, NIP 5223257218, REGON 525215955, BDO 000626184. The Seller provides the Client with the following additional information:

  1. All Products available in the Online Store are brand new and compliant with the Agreement, except for used Products whose specific features deviate from the requirements of conformity with the Agreement. The Seller will inform the Client in the product description which features deviate from the requirements of conformity and will provide technical means enabling the Client to separately and clearly accept such features. All Products have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
  2. Delivery of Products is limited to the territory of the European Union and is carried out to the address indicated by the Client when placing the Order.
  3. Delivery costs and methods will be specified during the ordering process.
  4. The Seller informs about the delivery time in the product description, calculated in business days in accordance with point 6.
  5. Prices of Products are given in Polish zloty and include all components.
  6. The Client may choose the following payment methods:
    a. bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (in this case, order processing begins after the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order, and shipment is made immediately after the funds are credited to the Seller’s account and the Order is completed);
    b. electronic payment (in this case, order processing begins after the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order and after the Seller receives information from the settlement agent system that the payment has been made by the Client, and shipment is made immediately after the Order is completed).
  7. The Seller informs the Client in the product description of the deadline within which payment must be made. If the Client fails to make payment within the specified time, the Seller, after an unsuccessful prior request for payment with an additional deadline, may withdraw from the Sales Agreement pursuant to Article 491 of the Civil Code.
  8. A Consumer Client may use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods by submitting a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Information on access to these procedures is available at www.uokik.gov.pl under the section “Consumer dispute resolution”.
  9. The Controller of personal data of Clients is the Seller.
  10. Personal data collected in the Online Store is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s Order.
  11. The Seller makes every effort to protect the privacy and information provided by Clients and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  12. The Client has the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request in writing the deletion of previously provided personal data from the Seller’s database.
  13. Any disputes between the Seller and a Client who is a Consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. In other cases, disputes shall be submitted to the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
  14. Matters not regulated in the information provided by the Seller and the regulations of cinematio.com shall be governed by Polish law.
  15. The Client is obliged in particular not to provide unlawful content.
