Product complaint conditions

  1. The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Product with the contract on the terms specified in the Consumer Rights Act towards a Client who is a Consumer, as well as a Client who is a natural person concluding a Contract directly related to their business activity, where it follows from the content of the Contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular resulting from the scope of their business activity disclosed in the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG).
  2. Complaints resulting from the violation of the Client’s legally guaranteed rights or rights arising from these Terms and Conditions should be submitted to: Kacper Skobejko AMZ Digital Hub, 02-431 Warsaw, ul. Flagowa 9/7, BDO 000626184, email: info@cinematio.com, phone number: +48 504 242 487.
  3. In order to process a complaint, the Client should send or deliver the complained Product, if possible including proof of purchase. The Product should be delivered or sent to the address indicated in point 2 above.
  4. The Seller undertakes to process each complaint within 14 days.
  5. In the event of deficiencies in the complaint, the Seller will request the Client to supplement it to the necessary extent without undue delay, but no later than within 7 days from the date of receiving the request by the Client. The Seller reimburses the Client for shipping costs.
  6. A Consumer Client has, among others, the following possibilities to use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods:
    a. the right to apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection to resolve a dispute arising from the concluded Sales Agreement,
    b. the right to apply to the Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection to initiate mediation proceedings aimed at amicable settlement of the dispute between the Client and the Seller,
    c. the possibility of obtaining free assistance in resolving a dispute between the Client and the Seller, including support from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman or consumer protection organizations (such as the Consumer Federation or the Polish Consumer Association).     d. the possibility of submitting a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
