Right of Withdrawal

We inform you that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:

  1. on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods ordered separately, from the day you take possession of the last item; or in the case of goods delivered in batches or parts, from the day you take possession of the last batch or part;
  2. on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods ordered separately, from the day the last item is received; or in the case of goods delivered in batches or parts, from the day the last batch or part is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Kacper Skobejko AMZ Digital Hub, ul. Flagowa 9/7, 02-431 Warsaw, email: info@cinematio.com, phone: +48 504 242 487, BDO 000626184, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier, if the contract concerned the sale of goods.

If the contract concerned the purchase of goods, please send or hand over the goods to: Kacper Skobejko AMZ Digital Hub, ul. Flagowa 9/7, 02-431 Warsaw, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
